Carbone Miami

Had the BEST dinner here with friends when we were visiting. We sat at a banquet table facing the main dining room (recommend asking for this table if you are with 4-6 people). We tried a lot of options and shared bites as was recommended. The legendary Carbone Spicy Rigatoni Vodka was amazing. Their proprietary chicken massimo was delicious. We loved the carpaccio and all of the fun things they brought out throughout the meal. The Cesar salad was made table side and was on another level. I think the croutons may be the best thing I have ever eaten to be honest. The grand finale of dessert- we got the cheesecake and the carrot cake with ginger ice cream were out of this world. A really fun place to have an over the top dinner!

The service, table side prep and presentation of the food was outstanding. The wine selection is massive and top notch. The complimentary bread and cheese was also a nice touch. In my opinion, the food was good - not great. We had the Veal Marsala, Lobster Ravioli, Pork Chop and Peppers and the Chicken Massimo. I can say we went, I am in no hurry to return.

Our experience at Carbone’s blew away our expectations, and it lived up to all of the hype. It is expensive but certainly worth the money for a special night out. The food was delicious and the ambience was so fun and enjoyable. Cove and Michael, our hosts, were incredible! Thank you for a wonderful evening. Would definitely go back!!

Carbone Miami offers a dining experience worth the effort of securing a reservation. The ambiance is captivating, and the service, from the doorman to the bass boys, is attentive and helpful. The complimentary assortment of freshly baked bread, pickled cauliflower, and Italian salami sets a delightful tone. The beef carpaccio pairs seamlessly with a glass of fine Italian wine, and the spicy rigatoni and meatballs are a delectable main course. The finale, a chocolate hazelnut cake with cappuccino, concludes the feast on a perfect note. A must-try for those who appreciate both ambiance and exquisite Italian cuisine.

One of the best Italian meals I've ever had. We had 3 dishes and 1 side. Only thing that wasn't outstanding was the broccoli side. The calamari was the best we've ever had. That butter sauce they drizzle over it didn't make the calamari soggy at all. It was still super crispy and delicious. The spicy rigatoni vodka was probably one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had in my life. Cooked perfectly, aldente. It was delicious. The double lamb dish was cooked perfectly and seasoned simply with salt and pepper. It was so delicious we barely touched the 3 sauces that were given with the dish. It was cut table side which added to the great experience. Service was excellent. They changed our plates and cutlery and cleaned our table for every course. My water glass was never unfilled. We sat on the patio and it was such great vibe. I highly recommend if you have a decent budget when you come to Miami, come here and indulge in this amazing meal!

It took a while until we got the reservations, Going at 9:15 pm was actually fun. Restaurant is beautiful and not too loud, so it's already a good start. Food was delicious, the prosciutto and mozzarella were a must, meat balls were good, spicy vodka rigatoni and tortellini ragu were very tasty, the slice of cheese cake was delicious but was 25$ . Overall, it was a great experience, and my only criticism was that sometimes we felt rushed by the waiters. Keep up the good job :)

For someone who doesn’t ever drive down to Miami, Carbone is the only exception. There is no restaurant like it in the country. The food is always on point, every dish is exceptional. The staff however really makes it worth it. I always request for Geo to wait my table and for good reason. He is attentive and goes above and beyond no matter who you are. If you are lucky enough to get a reservation, please pay Carbone a visit. Ask for Geo !
